Months ago, Trivest Property Management removed deposit boxes from some buildings. Tenants are being locked out of paying their own rents and submitting work orders.
Where do we drop off our rent cheques? Where do we submit work orders?
Property Management refuse to give us keys or codes to the other buildings that have deposit boxes. Tenants have been driving down to 40 Wynford Dr. to give our cheques!
Why were the deposit boxes removed?
Property Management should provide adequate means to submit work orders and rent cheques. There are blank work orders in all buildings next to laundry rooms but nowhere to submit them.
