We have had a few conversations with our friends at the Northwood Terrace Tenants Association over the last couple of months, as well as our last meeting. The community is located on Avenue Road near Lawrence Ave West, they are also enduring the same struggles as us. Their apartments were also sold in a crowdfunded effort on Addy, Trivest also manages those buildings, and Elaine Page has also served many of their tenants similar letters to terminate their tenancies.
In sharing our knowledge and experiences, we know that we are stronger together, and together we can face what is before us.
