Folks, today we've all had the pleasure of receiving the lovely "Dear Tenant" letters hand delivered to our doors by Jane herself.
A testament to the power of Collective Action! Our voices were heard and our landlord is on the defensive. Rest assured, we will address the content of the letter in the coming days.
But first, we would like to remind the landlord about section 233 of the Residential Tenancies Act, which states that the landlord would be guilty if they knowingly obstructed with or hindered us as we exercise our participation in a tenants association.
And as we laugh at this feeble attempt to sway us from our goal to have housing stability tonight, we pose one last question:
Who... whose signature is this? Is this supposed to be the entity Wingreen Court LP?
